Adaptive Strategic Execution Programm
Adaptive strategies needed in a complex business context
Adaptive Strategic Execution Program (ASEP)
Developments such as globalisation and digitalisation are making today’s business environments continuously more volatile, uncertain and complex. Organisations must consistently balance the need to achieve their strategic goals as well as adapt to changes in their industries and markets in order to drive business success. Projects are the primary means by which strategies are executed and goals are achieved. Project leaders therefore require the right mindset, tools and skills enabling them to adapt and thrive in increasingly unpredictable work environments.
Our solution to this evolving challenge is the Adaptive Strategic Execution Program (ASEP), established in partnership with Duke Corporate Education. It focuses explicitly on making an exceptional project leader out of you who can master the three domains that define how today’s work gets done: strategy, work, and people.
8 strategy execution courses to grow your leadership skills
The Adaptive Strategic Execution Program curriculum consists of eight courses, led by top certified trainers, each of which focuses on a crucial leadership challenge:
- Aligning work with strategy to minimize the strategy-execution performance gap.
- Making sense of the complex context within which your strategy must be executed.
- Building effective teams in unstable and often distributed environments.
- Delivering business value by learning how to reconfigure the work activity to ensure that project-based work provides true value for your business.
- Driving and influencing the change required to execute your strategy.
- Design thinking for results to ensure valuable solutions.

Each of them will build valuable skills that will elevate your performance and make a lasting impact on your organisation.

Managing Critical Relationships
Managing Critical Relationships provides delegates with the skills and tools necessary to master the intricacies of relationship management in the contemporary work context. It begins by understanding the implications for those teams and individuals that cooperate and those that don’t. It does so with a particular focus on identifying different types of stakeholders in critical relationships. Based on this identification, the stakeholders are analysed to determine their level of support and their most important issues, in order to create an engagement plan that is customised to each stakeholder’s needs.
